1. Introduction

MyRoboMart (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a subsidiary of PRYM Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to all users of the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: Name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register.
  • Order data: Shipping address, order details, and transaction IDs when you place an order.
  • Communication data: Messages you send us via the contact form or email.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, search queries, and interactions on the Platform collected via server logs and analytics.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, and operating system for security and fraud prevention.

We do not collect or store payment card details. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process and fulfil your orders, including sending order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • To manage your account and authenticate you securely.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To improve the Platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases: contract performance (to fulfil orders), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, platform improvement), legal obligation, and consent (where explicitly obtained).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third parties necessary to operate the Platform:

  • Razorpay: Payment processing.
  • Courier partners: Shipping and delivery.
  • AWS (S3/CloudFront): Secure file and image storage.
  • Email providers: Transactional emails via SMTP.

We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain order and account data for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws. Contact form messages are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we will anonymise your personal data while retaining aggregated records required by law.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session, cart, and authentication state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Data portability.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data including encrypted data in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; you use the Platform at your own risk.

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified via email where possible.
