1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyRoboMart (“the Platform”), a subsidiary of PRYM Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and registered users.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Platform to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the proper operation of the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will be notified promptly and any payment will be refunded in full.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your card or payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is governed by the terms on our Returns page. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Defective items are subject to replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of MyRoboMart or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRoboMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
